We are not signing up projects in romance, science fiction, picture books, or poetry.
Please do not send entire manuscripts unless requested. We do not accept or respond to queries via fax or telephone.
The Strothman Agency does not charge a reading fee, and every submission is read and considered. Due to the volume of submissions we receive, please allow three to four weeks for a response.

On January 1st, 2011 The Strothman Agency will begin only accepting electronic submissions. Physical query letters will be recycled or returned unopened.
Please include the following items to ensure a successful submission:

Do not send attachments. All attachments will be deleted unread. All emails received will be responded to with an auto-reply. If we have not replied to your query within six weeks, we do not feel that it is right for us.
